EDC SEA 2019 conference is tailored to the needs of ASEAN utilities and the theme “Sustainable Distribution Network of the Future” is suggesting the need for critical assessment of sets of strategies and solutions in the pursuit long-term strategic intent for many ASEAN utilities towards customer centricity, business efficiency and sustainability for the interest of all stakeholders. On embarking such journey, there are still hard questions to be answered surrounding “business excellence model”, success factors and business values, benchmarking and transformational strategies, range of business solutions, technology management, reinventing organization culture and consistent realignment and development of organizational capabilities. EDC SEA 2019 would provide insights into possible approach and solutions for ASEAN utilities in developing and managing entire business value chain of Electricity Distribution business and particularly life cycle management of distribution grid.
In short, EDC SEA 2019 would bring into focus many of the challenges, questions and options in terms of relevance, impact and values of solutions to ASEAN’s unique circumstances in managing existing and future electricity grid to meet more comprehensive business goals or imperatives of electricity distribution business. EDC SEA 2019 will also provide opportunities for manufacturers, technology and solution providers to showcase their products, solutions and services in supporting ASEAN utilities.
